Happy Dragon Language Camp
Welcome to a fun and engaging mini-camp where young learners explore the language and culture of China! In this interactive program, children will build foundational Mandarin skills through songs, games, stories, and hands-on activities.
Campers will learn essential vocabulary and phrases such as greetings, introductions, numbers, colors, animals, and common everyday expressions. They’ll practice listening and speaking through playful conversations, role-playing, and group activities, while also beginning to recognize simple Chinese characters and understand basic tones in Mandarin.
In addition to language learning, children will discover Chinese culture through creative experiences like calligraphy, crafts, music, traditional stories, and holiday celebrations. Activities such as making paper lanterns or learning about zodiac animals bring the language to life in a meaningful and memorable way.
This mini-camp is designed to spark curiosity, build confidence in communication, and give children a joyful introduction to Mandarin and Chinese culture—no prior experience needed!
