GRG Lightning Lacrosse Youth CampFitness & RecreationCome play with us! This camp is for beginner and experienced players that are interested in learning lacrosse or advancing their game with the GRG high school players and coaching staff. Participants will be shown and practice the FUNdamentals of playing the game of lacrosse. Carrying the ball (cradling); passing; catching; playing defense; spacing; and being a great teammate are some skills covered. Small sided games, lots of fun and an encouraging atmosphere will prevail. If you have a stick and lacrosse goggles please bring, otherwise one will be provided. Be sure to indicate that on the e-form attached to registration, so we can plan accordingly. Players should bring a water bottle. Optional equipment-cleats (no metal spikes).
