Circles of Security ParentingEarly ChildhoodThe Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) program is based on decades of research showing how to support and strengthen parent-child relationships. These sessions are practical and skills-based, using video clips, discussions and handouts to help you explore children's emotional needs and build your ability to respond to them sensitively. You will learn to: Understand your child's emotional world by learning to read their emotional needs. Support your child's ability to successfully manage emotions. Enhance the development of your child's self-esteem. This course has been highly values by parents, grandparents, teachers, school staff, childcare providers, and foster parents. First, enjoy quality time with your child through fun, hands-on activities in a playful, child-friendly space.
