Crazy About CornmealCulinary ArtsFrom seed to supper, learn how corn becomes cornmeal! Casey and Shara of Wild Edges Farm will cover growing, harvesting, processing and storing flint corn at home. Together, the class will shell and grind some of this year’s harvest into fresh cornmeal, then use it to cook and sample two easy and versatile recipes: cast-iron cornbread and cheesy polenta.
