Circles of Security Parenting

The Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) program is based on decades of research showing how to support and strengthen parent-child relationships. These sessions are practical and skills-based, using video clips, discussions and handouts to help you explore children's emotional needs and build your ability to respond to them sensitively. 

You will learn to:

• Understand your child's emotional world by learning to read their emotional needs.
• Support your child's ability to successfully manage emotions.
• Enhance the development of your child's self-esteem.

This course has been highly values by parents, grandparents, teachers, school staff, childcare providers, and foster parents. Anyone caring for children is welcome to attend. Separating class, childcare is available for children ages birth-5years. Pre-registration is required.
