Diving Lessons for Experienced Divers

This instructional diving camp is designed to introduce and develop foundational springboard diving skills in a safe, supportive and technique-focused environment. Divers will learn proper safety and body awareness, progressions for takeoffs and basic skills and fundamentals of diving form. You will leave with improved confidence, understanding of correct mechanics and clear steps for continued skill development. 

 Coached by Addie Albrecht, 2x NCAA Championships qualifier, former Grand Rapids State Champion in diving and current member of the U of M Dive Team.  Camp is open to divers in grades 8-12 with a minimum 6-dive list prior to camp.
