BBQ Rib Bootcamp

BBQ rib cooking class for newbies to competitors.. Multiple grand champion Snaptail Smokers will present tips and tricks from selecting, trimming, rubbing down and cooking from start to finish. Included will be rub recipes for ribs and other meats, a bottle of Snaptail BBQ sauce and a great meal of our finished product of ribs coleslaw and beans. All  you need is a note pad and pencil.
