Water Aerobics with Patti

Water aerobics, also called aqua aerobics, uses the natural resistance and buoyancy of water against your body to provide a wide variety of conditioning activity. Water exercise helps increase your energy, stamina and strength.  Classes vary in intensity and participants' level of ability. Whether you suffer from arthritis, you need to rehabilitate an injury or you’re looking for a higher level of intensity, water aerobics classes can provide encouragement and instruction.
